Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Engineer (Core Technology Leader - Automation) (W/M) for the Manaufacturing Science And Technologies (MSAT) department in Aubagne (near Marseille). In this role, you take the lead of one of the identified Core Technology applied either on one of our business areas.

**Grow with us - Your Responsibilities**
- Identify potential technology improvements on manufacturing processes and suggest technology innovation proposals in the field of the identified core technology.
- In collaboration with product development and marketing, propose and develop proves of concept on manufacturing processes to allow the introduction of new innovative consumables products into market.
- Based on field experience and technology competencies, lead the creation, monitor the performance level of technologies and standards, and promote them
- Provide a high level of technical support to industrialization projects and to all Centers of Manufacturing (CoM) within FMT to improve performances and processes efficiency
- Suggest and lead competencies improvement on MSAT or CoM by mentoring or training deployment

**What will convince us**
- OT : architecture design ISA 99, standard and safety PLC programming.
- Used to leading Industrialization projects (significant experience in Project Management and to lead suppliers)
- OT maturity level.
- Commissioning experience (FAT, SAT, ).
- Relevant knowledge in Electrical Design for Control System.
- Relevant level in HMI/SCADA programming and architecture (redundant servers).
- Ability to split IT and OT actions and create the relevant links.
- OPCUA skills
- 4.0 knowledge
- Fluent in English and French
