**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Job Purpose**
The role of Client Service is to provide excellent service to its customers in strict compliance with regulations. In this respect, the Client Service and Sales teams ensure a first-level control of regulatory obligations. The Client Service Regulatory Specialist will be in charge of the monitoring of these first-level of controls.
**Key Accountabilities**
- KYC AML : ensure that our KYC AML obligations are fulfilled and up to date (manage the KYC AML renewal campaigns, contribute to the onboarding checks)
- Standards and processes : maintain first level of control operational procedures in line with Regulator’s and Group's expectation
- Permanent controls and analysis : conduct regular analysis aiming at ensuring that the way we operate remains in line with our standards and processes
- Reporting : maintain the activity dashboards and issue regular KPIs, in particular on KYC AML
- Training : participate in the regular training/awareness-raising of the team
- Regulatory projects : participate an contribute to any regulatory project where an impact on clients is identified
**Votre profil**:
**Role Requirements**
- Education/Qualifications _
- Business School / University degree with thorough knowledge of the regulatory obligations of an investment management company
- Experience/Skills_
- Experience in finance industry which allowed you to develop your knowledge of the regulations applicable to the asset management industry and its clients
- Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience desirable
- Fluent in French, and in English is mandatory (oral and written).
- Competencies_
- Ability to understand regulatory requirements and translate them operationnaly across the business
- Rigorous, organised, with attention to details
- Ability to adapt to various cultures and work across teams and countries
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and to maintain a positive attitude in, sometimes, stressful and challenging situations
