**Areas of Responsibility**:
The main (non-exhaustive) responsibilities of the Legal Affairs France will include:
- Drafting of commercial contracts in connection with project development (including land lease agreements), construction, operation and maintenance activities
- Review of permitting documents (requests and authorizations): environmental authorization, building permit, impact study, public enquiry report, urban planning document compatibility
- Contractualization of any environmental/compensatory measures (environmental easements, ORE ),
- Follow-up of commercial/administrative litigations
- Support to M&A/corporate activity (M&A, corporate affair formalities, shareholder loan agreements etc)
- Coordination of external lawyers in relation to the above topics,
- Associations: participation and contribution to renewable energy associations (SER/FRANCE RENOUVELABLES)
- Monitoring any regulation and courts precedents regarding above topics.
**Studies**:
Master’s degree in business law (private or public) / real estate-construction / energy law.
**Work Experience**:
3-5 years experience in similar positions.
**Languages**:
- French: fluent
- English: level B2
**IT Skills**:
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
**Know - How & Managerial Skills**:
- Ability to work in a team and with other departments, as well as to coordinate various issues by complying with deadlines.
- Rigorous, organized, curious, pragmatic.
