We are looking for an HR Business Partner in our site in Sarrebourg who will play a key role in defining and implementing HR initiatives within a site operations environment. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with leadership teams, drive HR projects, and foster a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or similar work experience
- Proven HR leadership experience in an industrial/manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, social relations, and compliance
- Experience in coaching managers and supporting business strategy through HR initiatives
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken)

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Experience managing HR projects, including cross-functional and organizational initiatives
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for social relations and labor discussions
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Define and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Advise and coach managers on recruitment, training, compensation, and performance management
- Lead and oversee personnel administration, labor relations, and regulatory compliance
- Manage and drive HR projects, including cross-functional and organizational initiatives
- Lead Social Relations activities, negotiating and maintaining positive employee engagement
