Customer Order Processor

Overview:
**Customer Order Processor, 7 month FTC. Guyancourt, France**
Ensure all orders are entered, verified and billed accurately and in a timely manner,
Including the validation of discounts.
**Responsibilities**:
Below is a snippet of some of the main duties you will have:
1. Processing of consumable orders.
3. Accurately raise, credit and re-invoice orders, using approved systems and processes..
4. Ensure that any customer specific product or site specifications are accurately communicated to distribution and
manufacturing.
5. Liaise with Credit Control concerning new account details and/or credit queries.
Qualifications:
- **Professional level of French and English languages**:
- Any other European language is an advantage
- Strong customer focus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven Excel skills
- Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with various partners.
- SAP experience would be an advantage.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team
- Professional experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential
