**About the role**
- Join the management team of a strategic site of La Rochelle composed of 300 people and bring your Operational Excellence & Lab expertise to support challenging Rare Earth business (automotive, semiconductor, medical), develop talents, and bring digital Lean solutions.
- As a Manufacturing Excellence and Lab Manager, you will be part of the management committee of the site, reporting to the Plant manager, and managing a team of 26 people.
- You will be accountable for:

- Safety: ensuring compliance with site’s HSE rules and promoting safety culture
- Operational Quality: guaranteeing the production stability by process control (SPC) & continuous improvement culture.
- Quality Control: Managing the QC Lab. activities (team, equipment, budget) 45k analysis/y - 60 technics
- Manufacturing excellence: Supporting transversally the production’s department improvement through digital transformation with your team
- Managing and developing your team
- We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

**About you**
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in process engineering
- Relevant work experience in similar environment
- Competencies:

- Understanding of lean manufacturing process
- Experience in lab environment
- Appetence for digitalisation
- Behaviors:

**About the pay and benefits**
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (France) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 62 000 euros to 78 000 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
