Vous travaillez sous l’autorité du comptable fournisseurs au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes.

A ce titre, vos missions principales sont d’assurer la comptabilité, les paiements, et d’optimiser les process comptables.

Vous intervenez dans la gestion quotidienne de la comptabilité de la société française au travers de l’enregistrement des factures fournisseurs et de l’audit des notes des frais:
**Assurer la comptabilité fournisseurs**:

- Saisies et contrôle des factures via bon de commande (PO)
- Contrôles, saisies des notes de frais
- Mise en paiement des factures et des notes de frais
- Classement des factures, notes de frais, relevés bancaires

**Trésorerie**:

- Saisies des écritures de banques
- Rapprochements bancaires

**Interaction avec les fournisseurs et les différents services du groupe (anglais et français)**
- Prise de contact avec les services en interne pour création de bon de commande (PO), validation des PO et/ou des factures par les managers, validation des paiements. Informations complémentaires sur des factures ou notes de frais.

**Création de reporting pour la comptabilité ou la direction**
- ** Exemple** : Reporting lié aux dépassements des seuils sur NDF

Logiciels utilisés : Oracle (comptabilité) ; Sage XRT (Trésorerie)

You will work under the authority of the Accounts Payable Manager within a team of 6 people.

As such, your main missions are to ensure the accounting, the payments, and to optimize the accounting processes.

You will be involved in the day-to-day management of the French company’s accounts through the recording of supplier invoices and the auditing of expense reports:
**Ensure supplier accounting**:

- Invoice entry and control via purchase order (PO)
- Expense reports audit
- Payment of invoices and expense reports
- Filing of invoices, expense reportd, bank statements

**Treasury**:

- Entering bank entries
- Bank reconciliations

**Interaction with suppliers and different departments of the group ( English and French)**
- Contact with internal departments for purchase order creation, PO and invoices validation, by managers, validation of payments.

**Creation of reports for accounting or management**
- Example : reporting related to tresholds overrun on expense reports

Software used : Oracle (accounting) ; Sage XRT(Treasury)

- Etudes de BTS/DCG
- Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance technique en comptabilité générale.
- Vous maitrisez le pack office et plus particulièrement Excel.
- Vous savez vous adapter, communiquer clairement, vous êtes autonome et vous avez un bon sens de l’organisation.
- Vous êtes rigoureux et soucieux du respect de la confidentialité.
- Vous avez des bases en anglais,

- BTS/DCG studies
- You have a good technical knowledge in general accounting.
- You master the office pack and more particularly Excel.
- You know how to adapt, communicate clearly, you are autonomous and you have a good sense of organization,
- You are rigorous and concerned about confidentiality.
- You have a professional level of English,
