You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Marketing campaigns?

Join us in this position as a** Senior Campaign Project Manager** on a permanent contract (CDI) and be **responsible for the entire management of marketing campaigns from brief to completion.**

**YOUR DAILY MISSIONS**:

- ** Lead and centralize the entire scope of the marketing campaign's work** (brand and products). Foster improvement in processes, efficiency gains, and innovation within the marketing project management function.
- ** Create and manage project timelines**, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and coordinating with team members to address any delays.
- ** Supervise resource allocation** with the art director's team and the project manager, with support from the content factory.
- ** Manage the brand DAM roadmap** and ensure its evolution (UI/UX, rights management, production, data centralization).
- ** Centralize project briefs**, including deadlines, production capabilities, and budgets, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- ** Identify potential project risks** and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring campaigns run smoothly without interruption.
- ** Work closely with marketing teams, creative designers, writers, filmmakers, photographers, and other stakeholders** to define the project's scope, goals, and deliverables.
- ** Monitor project budgets and expenses**, adjusting if necessary to maintain project consistency. Maintain high-quality standards for marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet campaign objectives. Provide support as needed in on-location shooting coordination with Art Directors, Campaign Manager, and Marketing teams.
- ** Track and generate reports on project progress and campaign performance**, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
- ** Implement project tracking and reporting** to assess campaign performance and formulate improvement recommendations based on data.
- ** Regularly inform stakeholders** of the project status, milestones, and any changes in project scope or requirements.
