This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in quality Assurance. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

**Main Activities**:

- Ensure full compliance with **GDP (Good Distribution Practices)** and **BPD** regulations on-site.
- Lead and oversee the implementation and follow-up of the **Quality Management System (QMS)** at the facility.
- Prepare and conduct **external audits**, particularly of suppliers and partners.
- Monitor and ensure **compliance with customer requirements** and site activities.
- Manage and report **Quality KPIs** across the site.
- Oversee and maintain **training programs** related to GDP/BPD standards.
- Act as the **Healthcare policy lead** for Yusen France, ensuring internal alignment and compliance.
- Adapt and implement **European Healthcare policies** within the French site.
- Actively participate in both **national and European-level projects**.

**Requirements**:
**About You**

- **Experience**: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years—**talent matters most to us**)
- **Skills**: Strong background in **Quality Assurance** and handling **healthcare products**, especially **temperature-sensitive** goods, Demonstrated expertise in **GDP and GMP regulations**.
- **Education: Doctor of Pharmacy, registered with the French Ordre des Pharmaciens, sections B & C.**:

- **Languages**: Fluent in French and good command of English
