In the context of a retirement, the Finance Department of Ceva Santé Animale SA is recruiting an E-procurement & Supplier Data Specialist to join the “Procure To Pay Solutions” team, in charge of a fully digitalized Purchase to Pay process.
He/she will report to the Procure To Pay Solutions team manager.
The “Procure To Pay Solutions” team is made up of 3 people, and coordinates the operation and development of the Procure-To-Pay (Coupa) solution covering all indirect and capex purchasing expenses for Ceva Santé Animale in France, for corporate activities, the French business, 2 R&D centers and 4 campuses.
The E-procurement & Supplier Data Specialist is the Coupa tool's referent, supporting and leading user training sessions to ensure Ceva's spend control.
The team's 4 main missions are as follows:
Main missions
Accompany and support users and internal communities affected by the transformation of processes and tools:
- Assist and train internal users on the Coupa e-procurement tool, communicating best practices to them
- Write and update training materials for internal users and suppliers
Data quality management for the entire supplier file cycle:
- Ensure supplier creations, modifications and reactivations in compliance with internal procedures (Purchasing-Finance)
- Update supplier data on the basis of information transmitted by the accounting department.
Support external partners in using the digitized solution (supplier onboarding):
- Onboard suppliers to send their invoices electronically.
- Provide training and assistance to suppliers in the use of our dematerialization channels.
Functional administration of the E-procurement solution (Coupa):
- Participate in testing Coupa tool upgrades.
**Your profile**:
- Trained to Bac +2 level, you already have experience in a Purchasing or Finance function.
- You are comfortable with the IT/technology environment and the operation of an ERP system
- You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing.
- You have a good command of Excel
- You are able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
- You are rigorous, organized and tenacious.
- You are service-oriented, results-driven and solution-oriented.
- You have a sense of alertness
