Billing Administrator

**What you will do
You will be involved in billing administration operations, reconciling accounts and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy within the Finance function.

**How you will do it**
- Handling accounts receivable.
- Managing the billing process and recurring revenue streams.
- Contacting sales and operations to ensure invoices are correct, complete and on time.
- Creation of credits within specified guidelines and support of credit control process.
- Communication with customers in case of problems in order to enable a prompt and competent solution.
- Creation of documents and records for customers.
- Processing of incoming calls and correspondence with key accounts.
- Support of the finance manager in the revenue forecast and reporting at the end of the month / year end.
- Support with the introduction of IT/ERP systems and projects.
- Pro-actively support and ensure compliance with all global finance process roll outs.

**What we look for**
- Fluent in French and English.
- Around 2 years relevant experience.
- Good team worker.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of systems; previous experience with Oracle is an advantage.
- Good IT skills especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work in a fast paced, complex and international environment.
- Ability to deliver excellent standard of work under challenging conditions.
- Pro-active and goal orientated.
