- Set target, monitor performance and support their individual development
- Find ways to improve job efficiency and reporting: main target is debts recovery + improve collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Logistic, SQA) and other EU entities (HQ F&A, manufacturing plants...).
- Internal reporting / meeting with customer
- Ensure consistent and reliable invoicing process (EDI/Manual/SBI)
- Support the team for daily operation if and when needed including but no limited to:

- Master data management (create new part number/delivery address/invoice address/price maintenance)
- Debt control: analysis, recovery, reporting, establish preventive actions/anticipation
- Support EDI/invoicing issues analysis and resolution and invoice correction
- Price provisions maintenance
- Tooling/ Development costs management
- Margin control

**Qualifications**
Bac + 2 (DUT/BTS) Action commerciale/Gestion des entreprises or equivalent

Already 7~10 years experience in Sales Administration, ideally in automotive company + first management experience mandatory.

Fluent in English
**Additional Information** Competencies**:
Very rigorous and KPI oriented (debtors)

Strong leadership and management skill

Communication (internally and with customer) including clear reporting and synthesis

Strong team spirit and comfortable working with different cross-functional teams (ERP team, Sales, Logistic, SQA)

Able to bring new solution, put in place/update the process/way of working and improve efficiency.

**Skills & Knowledge**:
Accounting basis

Understanding of invoicing process and tax management

Some knowledge of EDI INVOIC system

Comfortable with project Management (EDI project, major change at customer impacting invoicing system etc)

Ideally knowledge of automotive environment (Sales Adminsitration of OEM)

Ideally knowledge of INFOR LN system (if not any other ERP)
