Role
- Data scientist work closely with the engineering team lead to implement new AI-driven features, and implement (and propose) best practices. You are highly productive/efficient and a critical, reliable team member with large expertise. You are aware of latest developments regarding coding language, infrastructure as code, automated tests, continuous development, etc.You will support teams in designing, implementing and executing requirements, and report the outcome and advise for solutions to improve the code quality attributes of software products, impacting positively the achievement of project objectives.You also will communicate difficult concepts and influence others to adopt a different point of view.RESPONSIBILITIES- Development of the AI-driven data services in scope- Take part in discovery, development, delivery, configuration, and support of portfolio of AI (Artificial Intelligence) models and related products & features.-
- Adhere to high-quality data analyses and development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.-
- Take feedback from analyses, end users and domain experts to manage model calibration, bug fixes and enhancements.-
- Manage deliverables and projects assigned to vendor partners in AI models and products space.-
- Making sure stories are in line with DoR and DoD.-
- Coaching others by helping teams, training people in hard and soft skills and accelerating in contributing others to achieve their objectives using those skills.-
- Expected outcomes (accountability)-
- Contribution to AI feature implementation.-
- Definition, implementation and tracking of performance metrics for various models.-
- Model delivery and coordination with Production deployment team-
- AI-driven Features develop on-time and on-budget-
- Discovery of patterns and insights that drive the products and features.-
- Effort estimations for new AI-driven features-
- Can take the following decisions:- Standards definition for data analyses and AI feature development, together with data platform and AI engineering team.JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
- Bachelors or Masters’ of Computer Science (Machine Learning, AI), statistics or Mathematics, with multiple development specialty or experience; or solid professional record of accomplishment in software development.-
- Basic to medium level knowledge of Python programming language, data engineering and data science ecosystem in Python.-
- Some experience in developing and supporting Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions.-
- Work within Agile processes
