You will be leading an enthusiastic and seasoned pôle sales team dedicated to our savoury snack and breakfast cereals market (SBC). You will work closely together with all functions in the Company including R&D, Marketing, Operations in our industrial facilities, support functions and purchasing. In this role you are responsible to meet the sales targets while building and maintaining a strong partnering with our main customers to support their future projects.

**Missions**:
Your main responsibilities are to drive the business of our savoury snacks and breakfast cereals, one of our three international sales poles:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and meets the company’s overall ambition. As such, you work closely with marketing and R&D to develop new propositions in strategic focus areas and prioritize customer projects.
- Set and implement the tariff evolution along with the market and costs evolutions to support this strategic sales plan.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs. Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities meeting growth and solvability targets.
- Manage and develop key account managers and an overall sales team : set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Build the budget, follow all KPI to manage the month-end and year-end close processes and meet sales and margin targets.
- Visit on regular base our client either to maintain relations or to solve problems by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions. Negotiate new agreements or their renewal.
- Advise prospects and current customers on the selection of use of current products including usage level, recipe calculations, regulatory issues and quality assurance.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and shows to network, develop sales leads, support competition and market watch, and promote Limagrain Ingredients leading position and name recognition.
All actions are performed while following company policies and rules.
**Profil**:
- At least 10 years of experience in food ingredient sales industry;
- Account management experience in value added technical sales of functional ingredients;
- Successful managerial experience;
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of French, Dutch will be a plus;
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs;
- You are recognized for your strong results-orientation and your professionalism;
- Your enthusiasm, positive and proactive attitude is helping to motivate your team while maintaining trustful relationships with your customer;
- You can be both able to work independently and steer collective intelligence in multi

The position requires up to 50% of traveling time.
