Your Role

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will play a key role in implementing Lean methodologies, overseeing audits, and managing quality-related claims.

Location: Ville-aux-Dames (Tours, France) - hybrid model (up to 2 days remote work per week)

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and compliance- Lead supplier and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards- Oversee and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System- Develop and monitor quality KPIs to track supplier and product quality performance- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive action plans for quality issues- Drive Operational Excellence across the supply chain and manufacturing processes.-
- Develop partnerships & projects collaborations- Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and European partners.- Contribute to cross-functional quality and process improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For- 5-10 years proven experience in quality management (preferably in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food industries).- Solid background in supplier quality management and finished product quality assurance- Experience in ISO 9001, with a deep understanding of audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements- Experience in KPI development, monitoring and control- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions- Ability to influence and get buy-in from internal teams and external stakeholders;- Experience in operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with supply chain teams.- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a mindset for incremental improvement and change.- Professional proficiency in French and English ( spoken and written) are mandatory.- Openness to travel within Europe
