**Your work environment**:
You will be an integral part of the **Group Investment & ALM Monitoring team**, responsible for planning and monitoring investments across the Group, steering ALM positions, and coordinating investment income across entities. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work alongside investment teams and managers to deploy capital across asset classes, overseeing more than €500 billion in assets under management. As part of a 65-strong team under the leadership of the Group Chief Investment Officer, you will play a vital role in driving investment strategy and implementation across the Group.

**Your job and daily missions**:

- Lead investment earnings monitoring and reporting processes
- Provide regular updates on investment performance and budget execution
- Participate in forecasting, financial planning, and budgeting processes
- Coordinate dialogue with entities and central controlling teams on investment income topics
- Drive industrialization of reporting and contribute to new analysis and KPI development
- Deliver ad hoc analyses such as benchmarking and deep dives into asset classes/business

**The main activities of the Senior Analyst are to**:

- Organize and supervise production and consolidation of investment income reporting
- Ensure effective coordination and communication with entities and central functions
- Analyze and challenge reported information, identifying risks and uncertainties
- Stabilize and industrialize investment income analysis
- Develop methodologies for tracking investment performance for VFA products
- Monitor realized capital gains targets and overall UE to NI volatility and result
- Take ownership of transversal processes within the team
- Foster effective collaboration and alignment on methodologies and tools across entities

**Votre profil**:
**Main competencies and experiences**:

- 4 to 7 years of financial industry experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key opportunities and risks
- Understanding of insurance, finance, and accounting principles, including IFRS17.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to coordinate projects across diverse entities and departments
