Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition Europe this role will work closely with Viatris HR and Business Unit Leaders, you will be responsible to attract, identify, and hire talented individuals identify and hire high caliber talent for positions across our manufacturing sites in France (Merignac and Chatillon).

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including proactive sourcing methods including direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, networking, and diversity, equity and inclusion practices.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion through creative and cost-effective sourcing channels, facilitate an inclusive hiring process, and build external relations within the community.
- Collaborates on appropriate, consistent, accurate applicant tracking, and data to maintain and leverage it to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Engage in regional-led recruitment-related projects to improve processes, assess new technology and expand service delivery to the business.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- At least 2-3 years Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Experience ideally in a pharmaceutical, medical device or technical environment.
- Possess strong execution capability, able to prioritize, devise action plans, drive collaboration and build stakeholder trust and relationships
- Authenticity and problem-solving abilities along with a strong desire to continue to learn and grow professionally,
- We are looking for a highly driven, focused, ability to multi-task and have strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting is an advantage, along with strong IT skills, including excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written are required
- Knowledge of French employment laws and regulations desired
- French and English language required
