**Join our team as a Cost Control Apprentice**

Reporting to the Finance Department of ICAPE Group's headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92), in the south of Paris, France, you will work in collaboration with The Project Manager Reporting & Digitalisation Finance in various missions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of performance (reporting, budget vs. actual variances, KPIs).
- Participate in budget preparation and revisions (forecasting, updates).
- Support the implementation and automation of dashboards for performance tracking.
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data from various systems (ERP, BI, Excel, etc.).
- Take part in managing cross-functional projects.
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives and improvements in financial processes.
- Participate in user documentation and training.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (BAC+4/5) in Audit, Controlling, Business Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to take initiative and propose new ideas.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with digital tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI and SAP
