At iCIMS, we are helping our clients to build their winning workforce. As the VP Sales Enterprise Core for EMEA, you’ll lead the EMEA team of Account Executives toward achieving new client revenue goals for enterprise accounts. Our Account Executive Team has a key role in helping prospects unlock their full potential in their efforts to attract, engage, hire, and advance top talent.
This position will be managing a team in EMEA (London and Paris).

Vous les accompagnerez au quotidien dans la mise en place des stratégies de ventes et dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs. Cette équipe joue un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des prospects à digitaliser leurs processus pour attirer, engager, recruter et développer les talents.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide vision, planning & prioritization for team resources.
- Lead and manage a high performing, prospect-focused team of Account Executive’s to deliver customer business value and long-lasting relationships.
- Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity management while eliminating roadblocks to team performance.
- Collaborate to jointly develop territory strategies with marketing, channel partners, client services, and other teams to maximize revenue in your region.
- Manages complex sales cycles with both new and existing customers while establishing and maintaining relationships with executive level contacts.
- Creates a strategy for realizing the team’s sales objectives, driving improvement across key sales metrics of their team including : close rates, average deal size and time to close through ongoing training, and coaching to the proven iCIMS Sales Methodology.
- Ensure team is executing on growth and retention processes, providing accurate forecasts, and consistently exceeding team quota and metrics.
- Establishes and maintains a merit-based, dynamic work environment that appeals to the top talent in the field and enables operational objectives.
- Leads and coaches the team structuring appropriate training and development.
- Définir la vision, planifier et prioriser les actions commerciales en fonction des ressources de l'équipe.
- Diriger et gérer une équipe d’Account Executives performante, avec une approche centrée sur les prospects, afin de leur proposer des solutions adaptées à leur besoin, en créant des relations business pérennes
- Piloter la performance en accord avec la stratégie commerciale, en gérant les prévisions de vente, le pipe et les opportunités en cours, et en éliminant les obstacles au succès de votre équipe.
- Développer conjointement avec les équipes Marketing, Partenariat et Services Clients des stratégies par territoire afin de maximiser les revenus dans votre région.
- Gérer des cycles de vente complexes avec des prospects et des clients existants tout en établissant et en maintenant des relations avec les principaux décideurs (DRH, direction du recrutement, DSI...)
- Créer une stratégie pour atteindre les objectifs de vente de l'équipe, en stimulant l'amélioration des KPIs des équipes, notamment : close rates, la taille du deal moyen et time to close grâce à une formation continue, du coaching avec méthodologie de vente iCIMS éprouvée.
- S’assurer que l'équipe exécute les processus de croissance et de rétention, fournit des forecasts précis et dépasse constamment ses quotas et différents KPIs.
- Établir et maintenir un environnement de travail dynamique, fondé sur le mérite, qui attire les meilleurs talents et leur permet d'atteindre voire de dépasser leurs objectifs personnels.
- Participer au recrutement et à la formation continue des équipes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in the HR / HCM space, Technology, Software, or Software-as-a-Service industry with strategic customer.
- Leadership experience managing seasoned sales teams with at least two years of experience leading a team of sales professionals selling into Enterprise accounts sell
