**Nordson Packaging**, a global leader in leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented **Senior Associate Customer Service**to join our team in **Serris**, **France**.
**Role and Responsibilities**
Provide customer service and support: Ensure complete and timely resolution of requests in collaboration with the hotline team.

- Manage repair requests with our workshop in Maastricht.
- Process customer orders for services, invoices, and accounts, and manage TrueBlue maintenance contracts.
- Manage facility management with customer service and field technicians.
- Liaise with the technical team: verify hours worked, travel, etc.
- Manage technician tickets to ensure follow-up and invoicing to our customers.
- Enter scheduled interventions and assign the corresponding tickets to technician schedules
- Invoice services and spare parts based on service reports, and follow up as needed
- Report all activities and customer-related data in the CRM (C4C) system to ensure complete transparency and quality monitoring. [Position responsibilities]
