We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

**Description du poste**:
Main missions:

- Define and constantly improve planning methodology, standards and associated tools for industrial projects
- Methodology: finalize and align planning governance, template and methodology for customer and industrial projects (including milestones, deliverables, Standard Development Schedule).
- Quality: set rules and quality targets for plannings
- Continuous improvements: do and document processes and lessons learnt to identify best practices, challenge practices and standards to shorten the time to market
- Tools: select and deploy best tools to support planning methodology across both organisations.
- Dashboard: develop dashboard to track planning performances of all projects vs. standard / objective including KPIs across different departments

ð KPIs: # of processes / standards, # of lessons learnt, planning performance of projects
- Detail scheduling logic and key interfaces between each work package and finalise methodology to manage interfaces between different plannings:

- Building : design, procurement, construction, commissioning
- Process : design, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning
- Overall plant
- Deploy methodology / tools and Coach / develop industrial projects planners
- Organise trainings and workshops throughout the year to build a strong community of planners
- Have regular 1:1 with planners
- Prepare and update schedule / planning for industrial pre-project up to industrial Kick Off

**Profil recherché**:
**Knowledge / Know how**
- Expert in planning methodologies
- Expert with Planning tools : Primavera Cloud, Primavera, MS Project
- Proficient with MS Office
- Scheduling / Planning

**Experience**
- Experience as planning leader in industrial company

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering
- English fluent ( C1)
