Former, c’est comprendre les besoins de nos publics, proposer des activités ciblées, des supports variés, trouver les clés d’apprentissage, valoriser ,encourager la progression... et ça vous passionne: rejoignez nous
Vous animerez et encadrerez les formations de nos clients Marsillais, de tous secteurs d’activités.
Les cours peuvent être individuels, en petits groupes, et/ou distanciels. Le poste est à pourvoir en Mars; 5 H de cours hebdomadaires, les cours auront lieu en entreprise.
Tasks
Concevoir, préparer, animer la formation d'apprenants adultes en ANGLAIS.
Evaluer leur porgression, restiturer l'information.
Quand leur formation est certifiante, les préparer à la passer avec sérénité.
Mobiliser des ressources pédagogiques motivantes, interactives et adaptées au profil des apprenants.
**Requirements**:
Formation bac +4 en langue Anglaise.
Idéalement qualification CELTA ou TEFL
Vous avez minimum 2 ans d'expérience d'enseignement de l'Anglais à un public adulte.
Expérience professionnelle en pays Anglo-saxon.
