Spare Parts Sales Process Audit for ERP Oracle

JOB SCOPE ---- The Client has implemented Oracle ERP Cloud for a manufacturing business unit. The Oracle solution has been live for 6 months and the business is seeking process improvement opportunities in key functions. One of these key activities is the sale of spare parts for their clients' installed base. The current process for managing Spare Parts is considered labour intensive and time consuming and is therefore considered a primary target for process improvements.
**The scope of the Audit is**: - Review current Spare Parts Sales process within the Order Management module, working with the key business stakeholders - Identify areas of improvement and simplification over the currently deployed solution - Analyse the potential benefits & gains from implementation of additional Oracle modules (e.g., CPQ) - Produce a detailed audit report detailing the current situation with pain points and how they might be addressed - Make a proposal for a to-be process to be implemented with currently deployed Oracle modules or with additional module(s) - The report must be detailed enough to be used in a Request for Quotation to select a company to help us deploy the solution - Coordinate activities, meetings, workshops and be the representative of IT for the functional domain of responsibility - Use business and functional expertise to help the Client finalizing the solutions and interface design - Ensure that there is a good communication between IT representatives and business stakeholders - To set up the appropriate meetings and workshops, with the appropriate stakeholders from business and IT ---- PROFILE --- Must have: - Good experience with Oracle ERP implementations EBS or Cloud - Good functional skill in the following Oracle ERP Modules: Order Management, CPQ (Configure Price Quote) modules - Business expertise in Sales and PreSales processes - Ability to properly document, present and summarize - Ability to drive people to decision without having a managerial position - Personal skillsets: Rigorous, Pragmatic, Organized - Written communication skills - Must be able to travel to the Client site (100 km from Paris) Nice to have: - Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industries - ERP Oracle Cloud experience Work experience: - More than 10 years ERP Implementation and Oracle eBusiness Suite / Oracle ERP Cloud
