You have a university degree (economics, logistics, supply chain management) or proven performance in supply chain management or logistics (5+ years)

You have 2-4 years of professional project management experience in retail, omnichannel distribution or logistics

You have significant experience in the successful development of a project both in terms of numbers and people and you are passionate about the human dimension of project management

You are able to identify the key success factors of the project and to set up performance indicators in order to monitor and develop the activity based on factual data.

You have a solid experience of steering through financial tools (e.g. investment request, operating account)

You have an excellent understanding of the needs, demands and expectations of customers and staff

You have knowledge of the best solutions in the retail sector and are able to assess their suitability for the specific needs of our projects

You have good consulting and facilitation skills, change management and problem solving experience

You are comfortable communicating in English both verbally and in writing

You have good knowledge of the office package

What you'll be doing day to day

The purpose of the job is to be the expert and take responsibility for implementing project in Customer Fulfilment. Actively lead and enable change in relation to the assigned projects related to IKEA France's expansion plan

In this role, you will:

- Lead all involved stakeholders, including working across functions, evaluating the impact of the implementation on the customer experience and existing working methods, compiling the relevant implementation material, aligning the implementation plans and providing follow up and status reports.
- Responsible for steering communication and change management in a controlled way to maximise motivation for all people involved to embrace and support the implementation.
- Manage and secure the transfer of knowledge to the line organisation as well as to relevant functions within the commercial team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Clarify and secure the necessary prerequisites, including correct budget, resources and business plan input on country and fulfilment unit level, in co-operation with the respective functions.
- Performe gap/risk analyses and initiate the necessary risk mitigation activities in preparation for implementation.
- Responsible for constantly monitoring performance against agreed budget and goals and process improvements, inform the correct stakeholders and take action accordingly.
- Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and multichannel development, related business
- and process forums, sourcing activities as well as to all matrices, group and country initiatives and competence networks.
