Als Retail Associate II haben Sie folgende Aufgaben:

- Ihre Expertise im Kundenservice und Produktwissen nutzen, um den Kunden eine Premium-Marke-Erfahrung zu bieten.
- Leads und Coaches bei der Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter unterstützen.
- Die reibungslose Durchführung verschiedener Dienstleistungen sicherstellen (z.B. Kassenführung, Warenannahme und -ausgabe, Warenauffüllung, Präsentation von Produkten) und geeignete Produkte empfehlen, um Verkaufsziele zu erreichen.
- Digitale Geräte nutzen, um Online
- und In-Store-Käufe zu verknüpfen.
- Kunden und neue Kollegen über Produkte und Dienstleistungen von NIKE informieren.
- Eigene Kenntnisse mit unseren Tools und Schulungen erweitern, um auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben.
