**Your Mission**
- We are looking for a confirmed backend Software Engineer to join the Care team, where you will focus on building the backoffice powering the daily work of hundreds of customer relation agents.
- Your role will be to contribute as part of a full stack team to delivering the most efficient tooling for a 360 view of our members across all our supplies (carpool, train, buses).

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participating in the design, development, and maintenance of our Java services that empower various automation and serve the backoffice frontend.
- Participating in the definition of the projects with the product team to find the most relevant solutions for our customer relation agents.
- Interacting with people with different roles and backgrounds, and sharing your technical expertise with a mix of technical, product, and business experts.

**Your qualifications**:

- You have 3+ years of experience from companies with a strong engineering culture, within a growth context.
- You are fluent in Java and have knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit and Mockito.
- You have hands-on experience with Git, Docker and Kubernetes.
- You have good communication skills, you’re humble and you're a team player
- Fluency in spoken and written English
