This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on content creation and being the face of the brand. You should be excited to appear in videos, share authentic advice, and build a trusting connection with our audience around topics like relationships, intimacy, and sexual education.

**Your Missions**:

- **Incarnate the brand**: You’ll be the face of our TikTok and Instagram accounts, creating authentic, relatable content.
- **Content creation**: Launch multiple videos each week based on trends, relatable couple topics, and audience needs.
- **Trend scouting**: Stay on top of trends and quickly adapt formats that resonate with our niche.
- **Engagement & community building**: Foster trust and interaction through comments, DMs, polls, live sessions, etc.
- **Analytics & optimization**: Track content performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and iterate fast to improve results.
- **Stay current**: Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and new tools to stay ahead.

**Your Profile**:

- Comfortable appearing on camera and embodying the voice and energy of the brand.
- Fluent in English as well as French/ OR Spanish/German.
- Deep interest in relationship advice, intimacy, sexual wellness, and communication topics.
- Prior experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts. (Portfolio required)
- Strong skills with CapCut (or similar) for video editing and Canva (or similar) for simple designs.
- Passionate about social media trends and viral formats.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable reading basic performance metrics and optimizing accordingly.
- Reliable, creative, and proactive: you thrive on execution and rapid iteration over long planning cycles.

**Interview process**:

- Test taking: We will gauge your skills with video editing samples to see if your style matches what we are looking for.
- You will meet the Manager for the final interview.
