Sous la direction du Responsable Méthodes, le Technicien Méthodes participe à l’optimisation des process de fabrication dans une logique constante d’amélioration de la productivité, de la qualité et des coûts de revient.
Garant des standards de fabrication et en étroite collaboration avec le Département Industrialisation, la Qualité, et les Opérations Industrielles, le Technicien Méthodes - Manufacturing a pour missions principales:

- Création des nomenclatures de fabrication dans DYN
- Rédaction des gammes opératoires d’assemblage sur Composer
- Mise à jour des cahiers des charges et fiches techniques destinées aux fournisseurs et aux services Achat, Approvisionnement, Opérations Industrielles
- Participation au lancement en fabrication des nouveaux produits
- Suivi de l’évolution des nomenclatures en phase vie série
- Préparation des gammes et nomenclatures pour les kits de réparation clients (KR)
- Gestion de l’emballage (définition et rédaction des cahiers des charges, création masque d’étiquette, suivi des essais, formation sur poste )
- Optimisation des postes de travail et des outillages
- Prototypage et création d’outil et gabarit de Production
- Organisation de l’atelier Méthodes
- Formation des opérateurs aux méthodes de fabrication et l’utilisation d’équipements
