We are helping our client, a multinational retail company located in Lille (Francia), to search for an athlete to join the Human Resources team as a **TRAINING PROJECT MANAGER (HR)**. You will lead an international e-learning project for digital skills.

**What will be your mission?**:
You will have the autonomy to design and implement innovative development programs that directly impact our client's company. Develop managers' excellence in individual management to address strategic, operational, and performance needs
**What will your responsibilities be?**:
**Define a skill / skills**: Stay connected to field issues and evolving trends to align strategic and operational needs, define job responsibilities, assess team skill levels, and engage stakeholders to ensure effective skill development.
**Deploying the skill**: Design and improve skill development paths and training courses to enhance efficiency and performance, manage and measure skill levels, lead networks of trainers and referents, ensure sustainable processes, and adapt to necessary changes.
**Projecting the skill**:Integrate key players within business units needing skills, connect with stakeholders, synchronize skill mapping across units, assess process and tool changes, and communicate updates effectively
**What do you need to be successful in the role?**:
We need you to bring **2-3 years of experience**
Residence in **Lille or near**.

Experience **working in international environments or projects.**
Very **high level of English** - ESSENTIAL
