**Overview**:
The European Reference Network ERN-EuroBloodNet () focuses on rare hematological diseases and currently consists of 96 healthcare providers across 18 Member States. ERN-EuroBloodNet is supported by the European Commission through the HADEA Agency, and its coordination is led by Professeur Pierre Fenaux at Hôpital Saint-Louis, APHP, Paris.

This role will report directly to the Senior Manager for Policy, Education, and Patient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating educational initiatives and patient engagement activities.
- Support the development and management of patient care pathways, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to research activities.
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of advocacy plans.
- Support the preparation and submission of grant deliverables.
- Monitor and report on progress using performance indicators.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and activities involving patient advocacy groups.
- Assist in budget planning and reporting for educational programs and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing research actions centered on patient needs and support related activities.
- Help improve and disseminate educational content through surveys, newsletters, and outreach efforts.

**Required Qualifications**:

- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Health Management, Public Health, European Studies, Education, Biology or related fields.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in managing educational or healthcare-related projects, preferably in a European or international context.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
