**We are looking for our next Compliance Data Analyst apprentice as of 1**st** September 2025 and for 6 months at our AXA Headquarters**
**Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.**

**Within**Group Compliance, you will join the Oversight & Monitoring team as Compliance Data Analyst.
**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Identify Group Compliance needs, propose the appropriate tech solutions, and build the roadmap
- Develop tools leveraging AI/automation technologies to enhance Group Compliance processes, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, conduct, data privacy, and monitoring
- Work on developing analytical scripts, automated dashboards, and tools to enable the Group Compliance team to focus on strategic initiatives and create real-time monitoring
- Contribute to the development of training programs and raise awareness on AI/automation
- Participate in developing a strong network with other Group and local Compliance functions
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Who You Are**
- Master’s degree in data science, Business Intelligence or equivalent
- Expertise on Microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps on the end-to-end process (from data load, analysis to visualisation and publishing)
- Expertise on Python (or other programming / scripting language for data handling such as SAS, R or ACL)
- Some experience in transformation / consulting activities would be a plus
- Some experience in data science would be a plus
- Fluent in English
