You'll be joining the Technical Project Management team to take part in CFO-CFA projects designed to reduce the environmental impact of tomorrow's major commercial and mixed-use building projects. Your role will be to: - Produce CFO/CFA/SSI/GTB technical studies for all phases of the project (competition, APS, APD, PRO/DCE, ACT): 2D (AutoCAD)/3D (Revit) drawings, synoptic and schematic diagrams (AutoCAD), cabinet diagrams (AutoCAD), power balances, sizing of technical spaces, lighting notes, calculation notes, analyses of bids from contractors, etc. ; - Participate in the construction phase: approval of execution documents, assistance with work supervision, assistance with OPR and acceptance; - Contribute to developing an internal culture of knowledge and foresight (regulatory and standards watch, technological innovations, etc.). Your assets You're in your final year of engineering school, or studying for a BAC+5, with a specialization in electrical engineering, and you're looking for an end-of-study or gap-year internship.
