Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Project Leader

**Job Description**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and implement continuous process improvement across our company’s Supply Chain. This position serves as a functional expert to improve the operational responsiveness to market, reduce throughput time and optimize flows of distribution & provides analysis of service and production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Reporting to the Global Supply Chain director, the SC continuous improvement manages projects to implement standards of excellence and displays advanced knowledge of project management, advanced analytics, lean mindset and end-to-end SC understanding.

**The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Project Leader**:

- Identifies & validates initiatives, based on lean manufacturing and pull flow concepts, aligned with the group strategy and priority.
- Follows manufacturing and distribution sites KPI to justify such initiatives.
- Applies world class project management methodologies to specify deliverables, defines resources, creates timelines and manages risk/cost.
- Elaborates the strategy to roll out the initiative across manufacturing sites and distribution site over the world.
- Develops the appropriate KPIs to measure the impact of the initiatives and adapts the methodology accordingly.
- Partners with sites to continuously provide ongoing training, shares best practices, promotes a lean manufacturing mindset.
- Analyzes/extracts insights from statistical data & provides solutions to complex problems.

**Profile**:

- Master’s degree.
- Excellent PC skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and prior experience working with large network ERP system (SAP knowledge preferred).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain concept (S&OP, pull flow ), APICS certification preferred.
- Ability to transmit ownership of new methodologies to site directors.
- Strong communication talent with all departments in an international context.
- At least 5-year experience in similar position, at HC level, within a multi-site organization.
- Available for occasional travels abroad.
- Fluent English.
