We are looking for our next Senior Digital Workplace Specialist (H/F). This position will be located in Lestrem.

Role:
The Senior Digital Workplace Specialist is responsible for the overall technical integrity and coherence of workplace engineering solutions for end users. Positioned within the Infrastructure & Operations department, this role acts as a technical integration expert and low-level design specialist, ensuring the seamless delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable workplace services.

The Senior Digital Workplace Specialist plays a key role in high-impact initiatives, including the deployment of new solutions and global upgrades, while contributing to the long-term evolution of the workplace ecosystem.

You will be responsible for:
BUILD (Projects & Transformation)- Involved from the pre-project phase, contributing to opportunity and feasibility studies in close collaboration with the BRM and the Architect and responsible for defining the project scope.- Brings expertise on Digital Workplace solution scenarios and collaborates with Architects and Functional Experts to assess options and integration paths.- Designs and proposes technical solutions that meet business requirements while considering operational, integration, and sustainability constraints.- Oversees the delivery process, including integration, migration planning, and execution of the production rollout.- Evaluate and propose relevant innovations (AI, IoT, modern collaboration tools).

RUN (Operations & Continuous Improvement)- Collaborates with Digital Workplace teams on the design and integration of workplace landscape evolutions.- Investigates and resolves critical issues, particularly those related to complex changes or integration impacts.- Participates in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for all topics within the Digital Workplace scope.

STRATEGIC & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION- Works with Functional Teams and the Transformation Office to align deployment roadmaps and drive infrastructure improvements- Anticipates impacts on existing solutions and ensures alignment with other IT domains.- Contributes to cross-functional initiatives and helps define the technical direction of the Digital Workplace

Willingness to travel (~10%) to support deployments.

What will we love about you ?- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.- Experience minimum of 7 years in end-user engineering projects, with a strong track record in implementation cycles.- Rigor, proactivity, and the ability to propose, follow, and improve procedures.- Excellent social and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- Extensive experience in Digital Workplace projects with expertise in Microsoft solutions (O365, Teams, etc.).- Knowledge of ITIL processes and in artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and virtual reality.

- Ability to challenge requirements and associated solution designs constructively and to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.- Ability to work cross-functionally, understanding and integrating business needs.- Capacity to take on broader responsibilities beyond core technical expertise and contribute at a more strategic level over time, depending on aspirations and impact.- Strong interest in in-depth technical analysis.- Expertise in IT project/program management and experience with Azure/Intune.
