The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people. - Location:_ Montgru Role Purpose: Communicate with the N-1 group on a daily basis and supervise, alongside the Production Manager, all aspects concerning production, safety, quality and finance. **Responsibilities**: Production Process Management Ensure an optimal performance level of the production process in a safe and continuous way.- Ensure quality is being promoted and monitored- Assist in setting production expectations / scheduling- Schedule material moves between plants- Monitor, record and meet all required KPI’s- Communicate constantly with all stakeholders (N-1 team, Production Manager, customer,...)- Assume full responsibility role in the absence of the Production manager Administration Make sure the administration concerning the production process is done properly.- Make work schedules for the employees - Generate reports as needed- Review and monitor analytical reports- Approve salary and hourly time Safety- Ensure Safety is being promoted and monitored and that all activities are in compliance with Sibelco’s safety regulations.
