**JOB POSITION MISSION**

As a **Communication Project Leader**, you **lead and implement communication projects** that support the transformation of the company, promotes its culture and values and get employee best engagement.

**REPORTING LINE**

Internal Communication Manager.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure easy access, clarity, and consistency of information within the company. Coordinate the global information flow and create engaging content for targeted internal audiences.
- Manage, support or coordinate key corporate internal communication projects that support the transformation of the company and develop employee’s sense of belonging.
- Support and advise key internal stakeholders in their communication. Develop adapted and targeted messages and communication materials.
- Lead global events (digital and onsite). Define and create messages with internal stakeholders and coordinate the logistic.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- A Master's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field with a relevant experience in the communication field, with at least ten years of experience in communication.
- Strong knowledge in internal communication areas and practices (managerial communication, change communication, communication plan ).
- Proven project management skills are a necessity, as well as the ability to load balance across multiple projects.
- Strong writing and oral skills in English and French.
- Knowledge in graphic software could be a nice to have.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Excellent interpersonal skills (specifically working with people from other cultures).
- Autonomous, motivated and well organized.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, capacity to adapt itself and team spirit.
- Relational ease and able to manage a project team.
- Ability to convince.
- Creativity and strictness.

**LANGUAGES REQUIREMENT**
- Fluent English
