We are looking for an **Initial Provisioning engineer**to come onboard in our ‘Customer support & services’ directorate in Maxime VILLANOVA’s team; a team of 7 collaborators

**_Your Mission _**

The jobholder will be in charge of the following activities:

- Provide customers with spares and tools stock recommendations to secure their operations following unscheduled events
- Support ATR services through technico-commercial studies and stock sizing analyses on Initial Provisioning (IP)

**_Tasks details _**
- Collect relevant technical and commercial data required for material recommendations
- Conduct aircraft configuration analyses to customize studies for second-hand aircraft
- Perform statistical analyses based on operational assumptions specific to each customer
- Analyze the spares and tools stock of ATR customers (On-Site Stock, buy back,...)
- Review the scope of ‘pool access’ parts in GMA contracts
- Organize and hold IP conferences at customers premises to present analyses outcomes
- Represent the customer support technical division in contract negotiation phases
- Maintain tools/digital means necessary to the IP activity up to date
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the fleet performance team

**_About you _**
- Master’s degree in Aeronautical/aerospace/mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the aviation industry
- Customer support oriented, with a previous experience in customer facing attributions
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge and interest in airlines operations (organization, maintenance,)
- Knowledge of aircraft main systems and components
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance & operational documentation
- Basic knowledge of statistics and logistics constraints would be a plus
- Fluent in English and French. Italian is a plus
- Open minded, keen on continuous improvement and with an actual team spirit
- This role involves regular and short duration travels (up to 5% of working time). The job holder must be able to travel accordingly
