Weezevent is seeking a Product Owner Pay (M/F, based in Clichy).
Poste
Product Owner Pay leads the development of our event-focused payment platform, including cashless and open-loop payment systems. Your missions:
Product Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify trends and opportunities specific to the event industry and cashless payments.
- Define user personas, customer journeys, and workflows tailored to event organizers and attendees.
- Create detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.

Execution & Delivery
- Manage the backlog, prioritizing features to deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design and functionality requirements effectively.
- Lead the implementation of cashless payment features, integrating with third-party providers and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, including transaction success rates, user engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize product performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with event organizers, marketing teams, and sales to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
- Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product development progress.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to maintain a high standard of visual and functional design across platforms.

Profil
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce, event industry solutions, or payment systems.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, including integration with third-party vendors and compliance requirements.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX designs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
