Rattaché au HR BP Manager, le HR Business Partner fera partie de l’équipe Ressources Humaines et plus précisément dans l’équipe Business Partnering. Son rôle sera de soutenir sa population, de manière proactive dans de nombreux domaines RH, tels que le recrutement, le développement RH, la performance, le Comp&Ben En tant que Business Partner, il est l’interlocuteur privilégié pour les opérationnels des fonctions Sales CHR et Marketing (environ 200 personnes) dans leurs problématiques RH.

**BUSINESS PARTNERING**:
Le HR BP est en charge de la gestion quotidienne de sa population et travaille étroitement avec les managers afin d’assurer un haut niveau de performance de leurs équipes. Il s’appuie sur l’analyse d’indicateurs RH pour apporter des recommandations sur l’organisation des équipes, le développement, l’engagement, la formation

Il est le garant de la bonne execution des différents cycles annuels RH (performance process, salary review, plans de succession ).

Il incarne et fait vivre les valeurs de Red Bull France.

**RECRUTEMENT**:
Le HR BP, en binôme avec le Talent Acquisition Specialist, gère l’ensemble des recrutements de sa population : définition des besoins, briefs agences, sourcing, entretiens, préparations des offres, intégrations des nouveaux collaborateurs, gestion des promotions internes.

**TALENT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT**:
Formations internes et externes : il coordonne et met en place le plan de formation annuel et est le contact privilégié sur tous les sujets de formation (gestion des prestaires externes et facturation, gestion des invitations aux formations, réservation des salles etc ).

Il est le responsable de la gestion de la plateforme Formation.

Engagement : il prépare et suit la mise en place de l’enquête annuel et des plans d’actions qui en découlent.

Il accompagne les managers dans la construction des plans de succession et de développement individuel.

Il participe à divers projets RH ponctuels liés au développement des collaborateurs, à la politique RH ou aux outils RH.

**PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT**:
Le HR BP anime le cycle annuel de revues des performances et est le référent de l’outil de gestion de la performance pour sa population.

Il conseille et accompagne les managers dans la gestion des problèmes de performance et disciplinaires en s’assurant du respect du cadre légal.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:
Le HR BP applique la politique Comp&Ben de Red Bull France. Il coache les managers sur les étapes clés concernant la rémunération et les avantages sociaux : packages d’entrées et de promotions internes, revues des salaires, attributions des bonus annuels.

Il s’appuie sur des études de rémunération afin de s’assurer de l’attractivité et de la rétention de nos talents chez Red Bull France.

**Compétences et expertise**:

- Diplômé d’une Ecole de Commerce avec spé RH, ou Master 2 en Ressources Humaines
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste de HR Business Partner/RRH.
- Une expérience de HR Business Partner population Sales est un plus.
- Adaptabilité et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant
