At Infrastructure and Onsite Services [IOS], we're on a mission to facilitate Volvo Group’s digital transformation and optimize our IT infrastructure services. As a TACC Team Apprentice, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our IOS stakeholders through the maze of IT infrastructure services and providing them with the right information at the right time.
We're currently targeting four different audiences: the Digital & IT community, the Application Delivery Teams, the Business Representatives in IOS, and the End-Users when impacted by our infrastructure services.

**Your future team**:You'll be part of a team of five employees based in Europe, working to create value by enabling Volvo Group to optimize the usage of our IT Infrastructure Services. TACC is an acronym that stands for:

- Transformation: support the D&IT transformation
- Adoption: help users embrace and use our services
- Coordination: coordinate stakeholders’ interaction
- Communication: inform our stakeholders

- Experience in communicating using Microsoft 365 tools (such as SharePoint Online, Viva Engage, Teams) but also other social media.
- Possess stakeholder management skills.
- Have high-level and broad knowledge in IT domain.
- Possess organizational skills and structure, with the ability to coordinate and plan change management activities.
