Banque à taille humaine, l’effectif fin 2023 représente 400 collaborateurs, répartis sur Le Cheylard (siège social), Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Nice, Lille, Rouen, Strasbourg, Montpellier, Nantes, Valence, Bordeaux, Marseille et La Réunion. **Description du poste**: **Context**: As part of its transformation, Banque Delubac & CIE is looking for its future Lead Front-End Developer. You will be in charge of leading the Front Practice and will have the responsibility of defining the reference Front technical stack. What we want to implement: defining our new technical stack to overhaul our existing products. Our priorities? Well-designed, modular, secure, and high-performance interfaces. You will work on the following topics : Digital Banking, Crypto and Assets Management, Bank as a Service and KYC (customer onboarding) solutions. **Responsibilities**: - Technical Leadership:_ - Define the Front-End technical stack and development best practices - Develop our catalog of graphic components - Contribute to the implementation of the CI/CD and setting up jobs/pipelines - Participate in drafting specifications in collaboration with dedicated Product Owners and Project Managers - Provide reliable estimates - Functional Leadership:_ - Collaborate with our UX designers, Product Managers, and business teams to define a unique user experience - UX technical expert : provide advice and define what is achievable within time constraints - Technical expert: coach and develop the skills of developers on Front-End topics - Comfortable with both oral and written communication for support, monitoring, or explaining complex concepts in simple terms. **Profil recherché**: **Qualifications**: - Significant experience in Front-End development and creation of graphic components - Strong interest in design and motion design - Proficiency in at least one major framework (React, Vue, Angular) - Initial experience in mobile development is desirable - Curious and willing to work on various technologies **Technical Knowledge Required** - Strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript - Excellent knowledge of CSS3 - Good understanding of Vanilla JS - Good understanding of Webpack - Car nous privilégions les compétences professionnelles et non les idées reçues, nous sommes acteur de l’emploi pour tous.
