**CONTEXTE**

Tu rejoindras l'équipe de trois cofondateurs aux parcours variés : Simon est leur PDG, Shana leur CTO et Tanguy leur CPO.

Leur mission est simple : créer le meilleur plan de protection des produits jamais créé et aider les commerçants à le proposer à leurs clients.

Cette start-up a vu le jour lorsque Shana s'est rendu compte que la plupart des plans de protection des produits étaient loin d'offrir le service exceptionnel d'AppleCare. Il devait y avoir une meilleure solution Elle a alors rencontré Simon et Tanguy qui ont immédiatement décidé d'unir leurs forces.

Leur produit prend plusieurs formes. Pour les commerçants, ils construisent une solution API-first qui leur permet de proposer une assurance produit à leurs clients, ainsi qu'un tableau de bord pour suivre les indicateurs clés. Pour les clients, ils conçoivent une expérience de réclamation simple et rapide.

**MISSIONS**
Au sein de l’équipe tech composée de 3 personnes (2 back et 1 front), tu auras en charge de:

- Concevoir, construire et maintenir des API, des services et des systèmes au sein de l'équipe.
- des parties critiques du produit et tu travailleras de manière autonome. Il s'agit d'une petite équipe de contributeurs individuels, chacun est autonome et responsable. Pas de micro management.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes à travers l'organisation, y compris leur équipe de produits.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

**Formation et parcours**
- Formation en école d’ingénieur (obligatoire)
- Minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d’API Rest évolutives et fiables
- Anglais courant

**Hard skills**
- Excellente qualité de code dans des langages back-end orientés objet : Golang, Ruby on Rails, C++, C#, java. Bien que l’expérience en Go soit un plus, ils s’intéressent plus à vos compétences générales en back qu’à une connaissance spécifique à un langage.
- Bonne connaissance d’un cloud provider (idéalement GCP)
- Expérience sur des SGBD (idéalement PostgreSQL)
