You will join the Boards & Systems Software team (10 people) which is responsible for the development of low-level embedded software for Kalray solutions. Kalray designs its own innovative boards for Kalray’s MPPA processor with high-speed interface (Ethernet, PCIe, DDR) which are used for demonstration and production.
As a **Board test and product engineer **you will interact with both hardware and software teams to design and develop validation test for Kalray boards for manufacturing and validation context.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate to board design, and define the testability requirements
- Define software requirements to develop manufacturing test
- Develop test bench for Kalray board manufacturing
- Develop functional tests for board validation
- Follow and support board manufacturing
- Interaction with Kalray R&D teams and subcontractors
- Occasional trip can be expected
**Skills**:
- Strong C programming and debugging skills for embedded systems
- Experience with test framework (ex: Robot Framework)
- Experience with Linux system environment, Git, Makefile
- Good understanding of electronic schematics
- Familiar with industrialisation process
- Familiar with scripting languages like Bash, Python, Ruby
**Profile**:
- Graduate Engineer or PhD in Embedded Software or equivalent
- 8+ years in embedded software development
- Experience in product industrialization is desirable
- Great commitment to support board manufacturing
- Enjoy collaborative work, being flexible and autonomous
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
- Type of contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Location: Montbonnot-Saint-Martin
