- Build and harness the knowledge power of the business and provide a framework and mechanism for continual sharing and embedding of knowledge (Technical, Best Practice, Competencies) to continuously enhance performance.
- Work directly with, consult and coach the local leadership teams within your region.
- Harness our technology platforms to scale and enable a leading-edge learning approach.

- Lead small local (regional) team delivering the above to the wider employee population
- Matrix with Business - utlilise regional resources to enable best in class learning delivery
What we need to see from you:
- Coach and develop leaders, including and especially the country lead/executive in the region
- Act as a coach to help build high performing, engaged teams, including the regional leadership team
- Exceptional facilitation (virtual and in person) capability that drives behaviour change
- Create and develop credible and impactful learning content and learning paths
- Entrepreneurial - self-starter
- Able to deliver a regional L&D strategy aligned to the global learning vision, considering cultural affinities
- Able to deliver leading edge learning solutions on the ‘human skills’ and leadership
- Strong and deep L&D experience, ideally in a Technology company
A super passionate, always learning entrepreneurial Learning & Development Leader with experience in building and scaling a Learning & Development regional structure. You will have genuine accountability, and whilst you may have previously worked in a strong matrix structure, you can also demonstrate direct responsibility for exceptional results and bottom line impact.

- and as a consequence, accelerating productivity in the business and the performance of the population at a functional level. You love being hands on, consulting with business leaders, delivering coaching and training as well as designing impactful programs.

You have experience of building a ground up culture of learning that connects the employee lifecycle from onboarding to development to career growth. This is not just about enhancing impact in role, but about growing individual and collective potential to ignite high performance.
We’re not asking for you to be the finished article - however your knowledge of the learning function is first class and incorporates
**_Consultancy, Needs Analysis, Content Creation and Learning Delivery_** (through a blended approach). You’ve successfully scaled programs that blend classroom, virtual and technology solutions that deliver true value. You’re always learning and invest in growing your expertise constantly, keeping up to date, even leading the way, with cutting edge approaches: the science and the art of learning design and delivery.
You can demonstrate that eLearning platforms are more than just an empty cupboard and you’ve successfully operated on a regional scale (as a manager / leader) this is likely to have been within the IT Services / Technology Consulting / Professional Services industry.
