**Stellenbeschreibung**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager for our glass tube site in Châlon, France. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently organizing and conducting maintenance activities on our machinery and equipment, while adhering to applicable safety and environmental standards.
You can expect the following responsibilities, among others:
- Responsible for the maintenance department and organizing mechanical adjustments of machines during changeovers
- Ensure all parts on machines comply with defined rules
- Supervise the electronics department and ensure validity of equipment through inspection
- Implement corrective actions
- Monitor equipment compliance and maintain relations with regulatory bodies
- Participate in development of investment budget and propose productivity improvements and new technologies
- Manage subcontractors (cleaning, maintenance, mechanical parts, etc.)
- Organize interventions for breakdowns based on production priorities
- Organize actions following workshop intervention requests
- Validate technical modifications with production department and inform logistics department of planned shutdowns
- Respect and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
**Qualifikationen**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the glass industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
