Better starts and ends with the customer

As a Junior Corporate hedging Manager, you will support Western Union Business Solutions sales and key account management teams throughout the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for advising and dealing clients hedging risk using our suite of derivative products, contributing to market commentary both internally and externally and representing the business at client functions and working with other internal stakeholders on projects as required. A Junior CHM must encompass technical understanding of global financial markets with a specific focus on FX, but also a good understanding of interest rates, money markets and commodities. Furthermore, a basic knowledge of compliance topics such as MiFID II, ESMA, EMIR and others is essential. You will be a native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in English. You will have a good attitude towards innovation and change, with an inquisitive mind and clear organizational skills that work as a good base to be trained and coached. You should possess a positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn and the ability acquire complex knowledge.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The hiring team will be able to answer any questions you may have.
