**Job purpose**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Development: Design and develop a responsive web-app frontend using modern architecture, best practices, and libraries, focusing on React and GraphQL. Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to deliver a superior user interface.
- UI Design: Create and maintain a design system for all web-based products, utilizing tools like TailwindCSS and HeadlessUI.
- Quality: Ensure UI and code quality all across the product phases, automating processes wherever possible.
- Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive product documentation for stakeholders to facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding.
- Technology watch: Continuously explore advancements in web technologies and practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the engineering team.
- Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Web engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience and Expertise**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing production-grade web frontends.
- **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React in a production environment.
- In-depth knowledge of frontend architecture, including strategies for state management and efficient and reliable transfers with the backend through RESTful or GraphQL interfaces.
- General knowledge of continuous integration and deployment.
- Working handling of project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly OpenID Connect, SAML, and Keycloak.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in backend development.
- Involvement in Open Source projects.
