**Local Unit & Position Description**:
As DNV Business Assurance targets significant growth over the next three years, we are seeking a Food Lead Auditor. The food sector is a key area for certification, and DNV is highly respected globally in this industry.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Perform audits, write reports, and follow up on corrections and corrective actions promptly.
- Perform work efficiently according to instructions, quality system, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain effective communication with management, team members, and clients.
- Maintain or acquire auditor qualifications as per DNV procedures.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage audit campaigns for major clients.
- Support operational and sales teams with technical issues.
- Participate in organizational improvements.

This role is for full-time employment, but subcontractor arrangements may also be considered.

**About You**:
Applicants should have at least three (3) years of full-time experience in quality, food safety, production, or R&D within industry or retail, including food safety audits/inspections. Consultancy experience related to food processing can be counted for up to one year.
- Proven auditing experience in various food safety systems like BRCGS, IFS Food, ISO 22000, or FSSC.
- Degree in a food-related field.
- Relevant experience in quality or production within the food industry.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English.
- Strong ability to interpret audit protocols and work instructions.
- Excellent customer orientation skills.
- Valid driver's license.

**Position Qualifications**:

- At least two/three or more of the following certifications: IFS Food, IFS Logistics, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, BRCGS Food, BRCGS Packaging, GlobalGAP.
- Ability to interpret audit protocols and work instructions.
- Ability to produce comprehensive audit reports in French and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong customer focus.
- Valid driver’s license.
