**About Open Sky International**

Open Sky International Paris is a bilingual English/French international school, located in Boulogne-Billancourt, a suburb of Paris. The school opened in 2012 for early years and primary pupils, and currently welcomes children and students from the maternelle (or early years) classes up to the cohort of Première (or Year 12 in the British system).

Our vision is to provide a bilingual education of excellence. From the outset, we have high expectations and standards for all students and we want our curriculum to be rigorous, broad and engaging. Classes are small and students are courteous, hardworking and motivated. We are a fully international school, welcoming French and expatriate families, and we are proud of our multicultural school community. Our staff at all levels are enthusiastic and passionate about education and have a good understanding of best teaching and learning practices.

In our maternelle section, children learn and play together in both French and English and we encourage them to grow in confidence in both languages. Our nursery curriculum is built on the strongest aspects of a range of international programmes and teaching and learning methodology.

- Ideally has experience working with students whose first language is not English.

The successful applicant will have an appropriate qualification, such as a PGCE or other qualification leading to qualified or similar teacher status. A minimum of five years of teaching experience for the relevant age group is required.
