As part of our Subject Matter Expert team, you will be an integral part of the sales force : you will be responsible for **providing technical and business expertise on our IP Service offer,** and responsible for the internal management of the offer, for meetings with clients and prospects, and for the commercial development of this offer.
**_ Key Responsibilites_**
- Drive internally the IP Services assigned to you: ensure the offering is fully understood by the sales team (KAMs, lead gen) and all client facing staff at Questel, support the group's strategic priorities
- Facilitate sales on the IP Services: provide technical and business expertise during meetings with prospects / clients, understand customer needs, support the drafting of commercial proposals, provide client feedback to group management to improve the offer and the sales process
- Act as a link between the sales team and production
- Communicate on the offering to the intellectual property community: participate in conferences/trade shows, Create and host webinars and round tables, provide white-papers, guides, articles, campaigns..

Master’s degree, business, law or engineer or university scientific studies.
- IP paralegal for a company or a law firm
- IP portfolio management
- Executive role as an SME/sales/marketing position for IP service provider
